Lowell was introduced to acting by the film Dangerously Close followed by a small role in the Robin Williams film Club Paradise. She continued to play the character of Bond girl Pam Bouvier (1989) and Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross (1996-1996). She was a regular on the spinoff Law & Ordinary's Law & Order Trial by Jury in 2005, and later in the same role on the original show in 2022. Prior to landing the role she was dissatisfied with her acting career , and was considering a degree in documentary filmmaking at New York University. [4] She was not acting until the mid-2000s. Lowell gave her voice and her likeness to Lowell, while she reprised her Licence to Kill character in 007 Legends. The actress returned to TV in 2018, appearing on Blue Bloods as a guest. [7][8] Personal life Lowell has been married three times. John Stember, a fashion photographer to whom Lowell was first married she was her third marriage partner. [9][10] Between 1989 and 1995, she was married to actor Griffin Dunne. She has a daughter, Hannah. [citation needed] Lowell married actor Richard Gere in November 2002,[11] following the birth of their son Homer James Jigme Gere, who was born in February 2000. After 11 years of union, the couple split in September 2013. The couple was involved for three years in highly litigated divorce proceedings before the New York Supreme Court.
